End-User License Agreement

1. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE

For the purposes of this agreement, "Madius" refers to the Madius application, external interface, executables, loaders, dynamic libraries, configuration files, visual components, hooks, auto-execution directories, updates, and any associated online authentication or license verification services.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA and applicable terms of service, Madius Management grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and execute Madius Software strictly for personal development, external Luau scripting, visual customization, and authorized private testing environments.

Madius Software is licensed, not sold. Madius Management retains all title, copyright, intellectual property, and proprietary rights not explicitly granted in this agreement.

3. HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION AND SINGLE-DEVICE ACCESS

Access keys, licenses, or accounts generated for Madius Software are bound to a single authorized user and a single unique Hardware Identifier (HWID).

You may not share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display your license key, account details, or software access.

Unauthorized attempts to reset HWID parameters, multi-device activation abuse, concurrent logins, or bypassing authentication protocols will result in immediate and permanent termination of your software license without prior notice or refund.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND THIRD-PARTY ENVIRONMENTS

You acknowledge that Madius operates externally alongside third-party game clients and runtime environments.

You understand and agree that the execution of external tools, memory modifications, or scripts within third-party environments is done entirely at your own risk.

Madius Management does not encourage, endorse, or facilitate the unauthorized disruption of public online game services or denial-of-service activities. You are solely responsible for adhering to the respective terms and acceptable use policies of any third-party platform or service you access while running the software.

5. RESTRICTIONS AND ANTI-TAMPER PROTECTIONS

You expressly agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, unpack, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying architecture of Madius Software.
• Modify, adapt, patch, hook, or tamper with the executable files, authentication routines, memory encryption, or anti-tamper modules.
• Create derivative works, cracks, key generators, or unauthorized loaders based on Madius Software.
• Interfere with, intercept, or manipulate network traffic, API endpoints, rate limits, or validation servers operated by Madius.
• Utilize Madius Software to bundle, inject, or deliver malicious software, trojans, ransomware, or unauthorized surveillance payloads.

6. AUTOMATIC UPDATES AND INTEGRITY CHECKS

By installing or running Madius Software, you provide explicit consent for the application to communicate with official Madius servers to verify license authenticity, download compatibility patches, update binary components, and replace outdated or corrupted files required for proper operation.

7. TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION OF SERVICE

Madius Management reserves the right to restrict, suspend, blacklist, or permanently revoke your license and software access at any time, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of this EULA, hostile behavior, extortion, unauthorized cracking, or security abuse.

Management reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the software, key systems, or online services at its sole discretion.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

MADIUS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COMPATIBILITY, SYSTEM STABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED EXECUTION.

MADIUS MANAGEMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL REMAIN UNDETECTED BY THIRD-PARTY HEURISTIC MONITORS, ANTIVIRUS ENGINES, OR ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MADIUS MANAGEMENT, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND STAFF SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, MADIUS SOFTWARE. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DATA LOSS, THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT IN-GAME BANS, HARDWARE SYSTEM ERRORS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

10. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Madius regarding the software.
