Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OUR COMMUNITY, EXECUTING MADIUS SOFTWARE, OR INTERACTING WITH ASSOCIATED SERVICES.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND SCOPE

By downloading, executing, or using Madius Software, accessing our official domain (madius.dev), or participating in the official Madius community channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS") and the Madius End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access, delete all copies of the software, and leave our community platforms.

Madius is classified strictly as an external Luau script execution, environment customization, and software development testing platform.

2. EXCLUSIVE OFFICIAL DOMAIN AND INFRASTRUCTURE

The sole, exclusive official domain for Madius is:

Any other websites, mirrors, secondary domains, or unverified endpoints claiming to represent or distribute Madius Software are unauthorized and fraudulent. Madius Management assumes zero liability for any interactions, downloads, or damages resulting from third-party domains.

3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS AND SINGLE-DEVICE HWID LOCKING

Your right to access Madius is governed directly by the EULA:

  • Licenses and access keys are bound strictly to a single user and a single unique Hardware Identifier (HWID).
  • Unauthorized account sharing, key reselling, key pooling, automated key distribution, or circumventing HWID validation is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized attempts to bypass authentication checks or manipulate hardware hashes will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your license key and account without refund or appeal.

4. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT AND ANTI-BYPASS POLICY

All members and users interacting with Madius platforms must abide by the following conduct rules:

  • Prohibited Activities: You may not discuss, promote, facilitate, glorify, or distribute methods to bypass Madius key systems, ad gateways, checkpoint systems, or authentication routines.
  • Infrastructure Disruption & Crasher Ban: You may not share, sell, promote, or facilitate tools, exploits, or methods designed to crash, flood, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against servers, third-party infrastructure, or online games.
  • Malicious Software: The creation, distribution, or testing of malware, infostealers, trojans, ransomware, or counterfeit builds under the Madius name is subject to an immediate zero-tolerance ban and permanent HWID blacklist.
  • Defamation and Misinformation: Falsely claiming Madius contains malware, spyware, or malicious payloads without objective technical proof is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect and Safety: Harassment, hate speech, severe slurs, doxxing threats, pedophilic content, NSFL media, and disruptive flooding are strictly prohibited across all Madius services.

5. THIRD-PARTY ENVIRONMENTS AND ACCOUNT ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Madius operates externally alongside third-party applications.

  • You explicitly acknowledge and agree that running external scripts or tools in third-party environments carries inherent operational risks, including administrative account suspensions, terminations, or client-side integrity measures by third-party platforms.
  • You assume sole responsibility for any actions taken on your third-party accounts or devices while running Madius. Madius Management bears no responsibility or liability for third-party account actions.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND REVERSE ENGINEERING

All intellectual property, binaries, branding, APIs, and proprietary code associated with Madius remain the sole property of Madius Management.

  • You agree not to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, patch, hook, modify, or extract proprietary logic, decryption routines, or security modules from Madius Software.
  • You agree not to build, distribute, or market unauthorized loaders, cracked binaries, or proxy servers designed to mimic or intercept official Madius endpoints.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES

  • Automatic Delivery: Madius Software communicates with official verification endpoints under madius.dev to deliver necessary compatibility patches, security updates, and file repairs.
  • Modifications: Madius Management reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any aspect of the software, key systems, or online services at any time without prior notice.

8. TERMINATION AND ENFORCEMENT

Madius Management reserves the absolute right to revoke licenses, terminate user accounts, blacklist hardware identifiers (HWID), and ban users from all official platforms at its sole discretion for:

  • Material breaches of this ToS or the EULA.
  • Cyber-extortion, blackmail, or unauthorized security tampering.
  • Distributing cracks, malicious links, or disruptive infrastructure tools.
  • Abusing staff or support ticketing workflows.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MADIUS IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MADIUS MANAGEMENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OPERATIONAL STABILITY, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MADIUS MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATED STAFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HARDWARE COMPATIBILITY ISSUES, DATA LOSS, THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT ACTIONS, OR OPERATIONAL INTERRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any clause or provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable and valid.
